Position: Electrical Design Engineer

Work location: Office-based position in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Survey & Design: Conduct site surveys and develop technical design solutions for renewable energy systems, specifically Solar PV and lighting systems.
• Construction Supervision: Directly supervise onsite installation to ensure compliance with technical drawings, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and manage technical dossiers, including material submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and acceptance records.
• Bidding Support: Perform Bill of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs and prepare technical cost estimations for bidding documents.
• R&D Activities: Research new technologies and propose technical improvements for the company’s solar energy products and solutions.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments and perform other technical duties as assigned by the Technical Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related disciplines; candidates with a background in Renewable Energy are strongly preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates expected to graduate in Q1/2026 are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; experience with PVsyst and Dialux is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrates integrity, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, a proactive learning attitude, and openness to feedback.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
