Work location: Office-based position in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search for, consult, and negotiate to sign contracts for providing solar energy solutions (EPC/PPA) for businesses and manufacturing plants in Industrial Zones (IZ) and Export Processing Zones (EPZ), including the following main tasks:
- Market Development: Actively search for new customers who are FDI/domestic export factories in key Southern IZs. Build relationships with IZ Management Boards, regional electricity authorities, design consultancy units, and construction contractors.
- Solution Consulting: Approach decision-makers (Factory Directors, M&E/Procurement Heads) to introduce Rooftop Solar models combined with DPPA or self-investment.
- Business Project Management: Coordinate with the technical department to survey projects, collect electricity consumption data, and present financial/technical plans to customers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Directly negotiate contract terms, follow up on the customer's approval process to close the contract on schedule.
- Reporting & KPI: Responsible for completing the sales targets (MWp/year) assigned by the Business Development Manager. Update customer data and report work on the weekly reporting system.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Preference is given to candidates born in 1995 or later.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B experience in the solar energy sector (PPA, DPPA, EPC models), or 3–5 years of B2B experience in industrial electrical equipment or factory construction projects.
- Proven ability to work with factory management teams and senior stakeholders; strong consultative sales skills, solution advisory mindset, and investment proposal presentation capability.
- Solid understanding of renewable energy business models; familiarity with IREC and Carbon Credits is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required; professional working proficiency in English.
